The complete site redesign involved an updated look, content management system, and specialized tools to maintain their scheduling and photo management needs.

The church was chartered in November of 1800 and is a progressive Baptist congregation with membership in the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship, and the Baptist World Alliance.

Their new website will allow them to better serve their congregation with information on upcoming events and news items as well as serve visitors with background history and statements of faith.

FBC-SAV.org also has book reviews submitted by members and devotional writings by staff. In the future, the church will be looking for more ways to expand the site and increase member involvement.

The website meets Section 508 standards and is coded using accessible web techniques.
